Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect:

• Name — to identify your order
• Phone number — to send you SMS order updates
• Email address — to send you order confirmations
• Order history — the items you ordered, order totals, and timestamps
• Delivery address (delivery orders only) — to route your order

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are handled by Stripe (see below).

We use your information only to operate the service:

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Send SMS updates about your order status (e.g. "Your order is ready for pickup")
• Send email order confirmations and receipts
• Contact you if there is a problem with your order

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing beyond order-related messages.

When you provide your phone number and agree at checkout, we may send you SMS messages about your order status. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS we send. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted payment page. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing details — Stripe handles all of that. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period. We share your name, phone, and order details with the restaurant fulfilling your order — that's it.

We keep order records to help resolve disputes and improve the service. If you'd like your data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
